Micromax has just now announced the “Micromax Canvas 115 3D” which is placed at a very good rate of 9899 INR (or) 200$ (approx). Many people think, the price is good and there were too many good reviews of the Micromax A110 Canvas 2 (My Phone). So if you think you “will” buy this mobile. Well, I have one word for you! Don’t! Okay! This is the first time I am against micromax for a very good reason. Okay! so everyone loves the “3D” feature of this phone. First before going against the phone, lets talk about the features of the Micromax Canvas 115 3D.
Features of the Micromax A115 Canvas 3D
- 5 mp camera (poor)
- 3D screen (the only thing for which they have released this phone).
- 12.7 cm (Kinda too big).
- Video capture in 3d (Kinda too good, makes you buy the mobile)
- 1 Ghz processor (Okay processor as usual ).
- Jellybean (Of course, its of jellybean , but I assure you won’t get an update to “KeyLimePie”).
- Low priced.

To The Title: Why You Shouldn’t Buy The Micromax A115 Canvas 3D
Okay, so many people loved this phone because, its in 3d priced within 200$ . Let me mention its a waste. There’s no big difference b/w the 3D screen and the screen you use! Its just basically an advertising mantra (Kind of, not 100%) .You “could” buy the Micromax A110 Canvas 2 or the Micromax a116 hd, which is priced a little bit high, but still it has “almost” all the features. I have the Micromax a110 canvas 2, and I proud because of the development, hardware, specs and pretty much everything! You can get an upgraded Jellybean based canvas 2 now for 9999 INR Now!It has just a “5 mega pixel” camera, which is not to be admired, as even the primary model phone of the “Canvas” family- Micromax A110 Canvas 2, has a 8 Megapixel Camera! The processor too is not good, its just a 1 GHZ processor and I expected too much.And the worst of the worst - A 512 mb ram based CANVAS phone?! Are you kidding me! Thats exactly my reaction as the ram is “TOO” low.Do I really need to explain more that you “Must Not” buy this phone?!From The Devil’s Desk:I am actually a Micromax lover/ Follower! Its my dream to buy all the micromax phones and review them. After getting the Micromax A110 Canvas 2 from them and hearing about the Micromax a116 hd model from them I was really inspired by them. But then this phone made me kinda “Dislike” them, as the specs were too low. Now, I don’t know whether they are doing this for a low budget but still it kinda makes it “Un-cool”. Its better for you to buy a Micromax A110 Canvas 2 (or) Micromax A116 Canvas hd, as said a 1000 times before. Hope you enjoyed the post, cheers!
